Meeting With The Lifestyle Director

To make an appointment, please contact or go to the FRONT DESK at either clubhouse.

Program Parameters:

1. You may come alone or as a group, with up to five residents attending a single appointment session.

2. All meetings are scheduled in the Library in the Lake House.

3. Due to the size of the community, individual residents, or residents representing a group, are limited to three appointments per year. (i.e., If a resident comes in to discuss topics specific to a particular club, that will count as one of the club's annual meetings.

3. Each session is limited to 15 minutes, and the schedule will be strictly adhered to.

4. Please arrive on time for your meeting and wait until your scheduled appointment time in the lobby area.

5. All meetings will end promptly every quarter-hour, regardless of when the meeting commenced.

6. You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be counted as one of the three allowed annual appointments.
