Move Well Yoga
Functional movement meets yoga! This is a class that allows you to explore the movement possibilities within your own body. Add strength, flexibility, and breathing exercises while learning how to keep your body moving at its best. This class incorporates floor-based movement as well as standing poses. Participants should be able to get up and down off the floor. A yoga mat is required. Please bring water to stay hydrated and a beach towel which will be used as a prop in this class. We will be using a variety of other props as well.
