Tai Chi is a form of exercise that combines gentle physical movements and stretching with mindfulness. It can improve balance, fitness, and flexibility as well as help prevent falls. Tai Chi classes are sponsored by the Tai Chi Club and taught by Sifu David Block, a Tai Chi Master. There is a separate charge for this class. Payments are made directly to the instructor.
