LLL: Deadly Declarations
Coming Monday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. in the Lodge
Deadly Declarations
Presented by Landis Wade, local author and writing enthusiast
Who really wrote the original Declaration of Independence? And where did they write it? An unlikely trio of retirees try to solve the 250-year-old mystery of the controversial First American Declaration of Independence, actions which—if they succeed – will change US history. That is, if they don't die trying. With characters and settings familiar to SCCL residents, Landis Wade created a story that is laced with humor while we learn about trial law and the fascinating and controversial history of our area.
