General Information about League Play

General Information

1. Please be in the pro shop on play days 30 minutes prior to your tee time.

2. On play days, please call the Pro Shop at (803)547-9688, option #2 to give adequate notice of a last minute cancellation.

3. If you must do a late cancellation, please notify at least one of the other golfers in your group ASAP so no one waits for you when you are not going to golf.

4. To check weather conditions at the golf course for frost delays, carts on path, etc., call the pro shop at (803)547-9688, option #1.

5. Sign up for league play must be done through the email sentout by Todd Burrell or directly in the Golf Genius system. You can access Golf Genius through this link: www.golfgenius.com/ggid/2024tuesdayladies. Use this link as well to cancel play. Cancellations must be done by 5PM on Sunday.

6. Scorecards must be totaled, signed and placed in the plastic container on the table at the front entrance.

7. Again in 2024, DO NOT post your league score in GHIN.  It will be done for you.

8. Members must have an established handicap to be eligible to compete in any 9 hole tournament. Handicap will be established after five scores are entered into the system.

9. We prefer everyone have an established handicap ASAP. Remember, you can count your scores for rounds played outside of league play. Again, if you have not established your handicap you are not eligible for tournament prizes.
