How to Join the League

In order to participate in the league golf, you must turn in a completed Membership Form along with the $40 membership fee and a GHIN Application Form along with the $45 GHIN fee.   Make checks for the Membership fee payable to Carolina Lakes Ladies 9-Hole Golf League.  Make checks for the GHIN fee payable to Carolina Lakes Golf Club.  Drop all forms and checks in the Ladies 9-Hole League locked box which is in the right corner of the Golf pro shop near the ladies clothing area.

You can print a membership form and a GHIN form from the Forms section to the left.

Also, be sure to indicate your tee selection - red or light blue - on your GHIN Application Form.  Todd will set your tee in the GHIN system based upon this selection.  Once set, you must use that tee color for the year.
